Easy Steps to start our Service

  1. You need to contact us via email or phone.  We will ask you for your personal information, like your address, Zip code, telephone number so we are able to contact  you if you need more information in the future.  All information is kept confidential.
  2. We provide information of our services and get the details of your home. After we understand your needs we can provide you with a free estimate.
  3. We arrange your cleaning service frequency and a way to get in your place: Once you decide to have our services and the frequency of them you are added to our cleaning calendar. You are always able to cancel your future service but you need to call us 24HS in advance. Then we arrange a way for us to be able to get in your house. You can wait for us to give access into your home but we cannot give you a time of arrival. A lot of things can happen in our line of work. things that can affect our schedules, like cancellations, customers adding services or traffic. So if you decided you do not want to waste your time waiting for us to arrive you can provide us with a key. The keys are coded and keep in a safety place.

Our Payments Options and 24HR Guarantee

Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. You can simply leave a check in the home. Please make all checks payable to Elite Maid Services.  For your convenience we  also accept cash and credit cards. One-time cleanings require a credit card payment. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, call our office within 24 hours of your service and we will  re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied at no additional charge to you. Refunds are not available.
